G-Staff believe that sincerity, professionalism and hard work are the foundations
in constantly achieving the goals for their staff and clients.
The philosophy behind
G-Staff in Rugby is simple. Down to earth with a quality service is paramount.
“G-Staff Ltd” in Rugby was established in 1993. Conceived initially as a driving
agency offering a local service, both to drivers and companies within the Midlands.
G-Staff developed its services to meet the local business requirements, launching
its industrial and commercial divisions of the recruitment agency in 1995. Moving
into a prominent position within the centre of Rugby in summer 2004,
G-Staff Ltd aimed to develop a greater presence within the local market. Four years
on, G-Staff has done just that, offering a real recruitment solution to businesses
throughout Rugby and the surrounding areas. With an ever growing portfolio of clients
spanning Daventry, Coventry, Crick, Rugby and Magna Park, G-Staff is building a strong
reputation within the local market.
Dave Allden, Managing Director of this dynamic Rugby company has been in the recruitment
industry for over eleven years. Much of his experience has been based on site specialising
in direct recruitment. He strongly believes that to get the best out of your work
force you must respect each and every persons needs.
The service that “G-Staff” in Rugby provide is one of the highest in the local market
place. David believes that this is down to the commitment of the individuals who
work through “G-Staff” and the driving force of the committed “G-Staff” team.
Andy Mott joined the company as recruitment Operations Director in March 2008 and
is bringing with him another ten years experience within the Industrial and Commercial
recruitment sectors. Andy's philosophy is to treat the temporary workforce, permanent
applicants and clients with the same respect and decency that they all deserve. One
of Andy's policies is honesty, and it is policies like this that has helped him succeed
in winning and retaining key clients over the years.
